	SOUL Sessions – Encouragement, imagination and inspiration from the main stage for every member of your team. For everyone in attendance, the four SOUL Sessions will help set your mind, soul and spirit so you can receive more of what God has in store for you and your church.
	COMPASS Sessions - Choosing one or two of these sessions to attend as an entire church team will help you explore, define or refine a unified direction. These direction oriented sessions are a new conference innovation unique to The NOVA Experience.
	TOOL Sessions - Each team member can choose from 75 practical, ministry specific breakout sessions including leadership, arts, group life (small groups), student ministry, children’s ministry, spiritual formation and more.
	TEAM Session - Ask questions. Debate. Struggle. Challenge. TEAM Session is an opportunity to continue getting input (and therefore ownership) from each member of your team.
	EXCHANGE Sessions - A time to get up close and personal, EXCHANGE Sessions are small gatherings with many of the event’s presenters and your like-minded peers. Participate in conversations with someone who has been there, and allow their experience to help refine your direction, and talk to other churches to see what they are up to. EXCHANGE Sessions are limited to 50 people.

Upon leaving The NOVA Experience, each team member will be envisioned, equipped and encouraged to begin implementing their learnings in their own sphere of influence. If you follow the complete NOVA experience plan, your team will have developed an implementation plan that will enable them to apply each person’s efforts in order to make more Kingdom impact.

The NOVA Experience is a challenge like no other. We are extending this challenge to each church.
